About locations

We list a location only where we know it. Where a provider’s region depends on our account configuration, we say so and will publish the region once it is confirmed. We don’t claim that all data is stored in South Africa. International transfers are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Services that are not subprocessors

  • GitHub stores Lenucs’ source code. It does not receive customer data.
  • WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, Facebook and other sites are only linked from Customers’ pages. When someone follows a link, they deal with that service directly.
  • We don’t use third-party analytics, advertising or error-monitoring services.

Changes

We update this page before a new subprocessor starts processing personal information. For Customers, the notice and objection process is in the Data Processing Addendum.
