Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Lenucs Console and everything published on lenucs.link, including forms, product links and booking pages. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Illegal, harmful or deceptive activity

• Anything illegal, or helping others act illegally.
• Fraud, scams, fake shops, advance-fee schemes, pyramid schemes, or misleading prices and descriptions.
• Phishing, or collecting credentials, passwords, one-time PINs or card details.
• Pretending to be another person, business, brand or government body.
• Selling or promoting prohibited products and services, including illegal drugs, weapons and explosives, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, unlicensed financial or gambling services, and adult sexual content.

Abuse of people

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that sexualises or exploits children.
• Unlawful surveillance, stalking or tracking of people.
• Collecting personal information without lawful authority, or collecting children’s or special personal information without the authorisation and safeguards the law requires.
• Spam or unlawful direct marketing, including messaging people who have not opted in where consent is required.

Abuse of the service

• Malware, viruses or harmful files, including in form uploads or product images.
• Attacking, overloading or probing Console, including denial-of-service attempts and vulnerability scanning without our written permission.
• Accessing, or trying to access, other workspaces, accounts or data without authorisation.
• Getting around plan limits, rate limits, usage limits or security controls, including creating multiple free accounts to avoid limits.
• Malicious automation, or scraping intended to harm the service or its users.
• Reverse engineering the service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
• Reselling the service without our agreement.

Rights of others

• Infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights, including using images or brand names you don’t have the right to use.
• Publishing other people’s personal information without a lawful basis.

Don’t use Console for these without our prior written agreement and your own legal advice: collecting health, biometric, criminal, religious or other special personal information; services aimed at children; collecting identity or financial account numbers through forms; and regulated activities such as lending, insurance or investments.

Use the “Report this link” button on any product link, the “Report abuse” link on public forms, or our contact form (choose “Legal”). For copyright or trademark complaints, follow the process in Intellectual Property and Copyright. For security vulnerabilities, see Security.

We may investigate suspected breaches, including reviewing the content involved. Depending on how serious it is, we may:

• warn you and ask you to fix it;
• pause or remove a form, product link or content;
• suspend or close the workspace or account;
• keep relevant records and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Product links that receive several reports may be paused automatically while we review them. Where it is safe and lawful we will tell you what happened and how to appeal through our contact form.
